Consigning Information

Who is considered a consignor?
A consignor is anyone who has a minimum of 10 items to sell (or fewer with "high dollar" items totaling at least $30). The more you consign the more money you make and you have the opportunity to shop before the sale is open to the public!

Consignor Referrals
We offer consignor referrals!  Refer a consignor to our sale and we will reduce your consignor fee from $10 to $5. Be sure to tell anyone you refer to select "Other" and enter your name during registration where it asks how you heard about the sale.

Consignors are invited to shop during our Consignor Pre-Sale at 8:00 pm on Friday evening.  This allows our consignors who cannot also volunteer to still shop before the general public.

Becoming a Consignor

  1. Read and agree to the terms of the Consignor Agreement. Consignor Agreement Overview:
    1. We will handle your items with care, but we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damage items.
    2. Items with an "x" in the top right corner of the tag will not be sold at half price during the half price sale.
    3. Consignors will be charged a $10 consigning fee ($5 off consignor fee if you refer another consignor).  The fee will be taken out of your consignor’s check.
    4. There is a $5 tag fine per consignor for tags not prepared correctly.
    5. If an item is missing a tag, every attempt will be made to find the tag; however, if tag is not found the item will be placed in the “missing tag” area.   It is the consignor’s responsibility to check the “missing tag” area during consignor pick-up.
  2. Decide whether you will “Consign Only”, or “Consign and Volunteer”. If you “Consign Only”, you will receive 50% of the selling price of your items. If you “Consign and Volunteer”, you will receive 70% of the selling price of your items.
  3. Register using the links above. The coordinator will contact you with your consignor number. This number will stay the same for subsequent sales.
  4. Prepare your items for consignment. This includes cleaning them, hanging clothes, attaching tags, and pricing items. See the tag preparation and item preparation pages.
  5. If you have items that you would like to consign but do not have time to tag, sign up to use our Valet Tagging Service.
  6. Drop off your items on Friday before the sale. You are responsible for placing all of your items on the floor for the sale.
  7. Work your volunteer shift (if you are volunteering). Shop the sale if you want to find some of the best bargains around!
  8. Pick up your items during consignor pick up (if you want them back). Any items not picked up will be donated.
  9. Consignor checks will be mailed 2-4 weeks after the sale.
